PREAMBLE
The ORUN Application is published and managed by the company ORUN SAS (hereinafter “ORUN”), located at 36 rue Barbès, 94200 IVRY SUR SEINE (R.C.S. de Créteil 931 130 439).

DEFINITIONS
- Application: The ORUN application and all its pages and screens.
- Database: The database listing the products and recipes available on the Application.
- Client: The mobile user making a purchase of the premium version within the Application.
- Contributor: The User who adds content to the Database and/or modifies it.
- User: The mobile user using the Application, either in the free or premium version.
- Premium Version: The digital content available for purchase or subscription through in-app purchases in the Application.
READ VERY CAREFULLY
Before registering on the Application, each User must carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale of ORUN (hereinafter “General Terms and Conditions”) and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
Using ORUN implies acceptance by the User of all General Terms and Conditions. This acceptance will be deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature by the User. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use ORUN.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to Users in the EU and the United Kingdom. They are governed by French law.
The General Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of ORUN and also include the terms of sale, which apply only in the event of the purchase of the Premium Version of the Application.
PURPOSE AND SERVICES OFFERED
ORUN provides personalised hair care routine advice and recommendations for natural recipes using various ingredients. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace medical or professional advice.
These General Terms and Conditions govern all transactions offered within the Application, whether free advice or paid services, such as personalised hair care subscriptions.
REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO SERVICES
The Application is accessible via [iOS, Android, etc.]. It may be free or include paid features.
Creating a personal account is required to access certain features of the Application, including paid services.
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. They agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of their account.
The User must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid subscription.
If the User has not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, they must use ORUN only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
ORUN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily or permanently interrupt access to all or part of the Application without notice or compensation.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RATES
The subscriptions offered within the Application are available in different plans. ORUN currently offers two subscription plans:
Orun Premium Lite: £4.99/month
Premium: £9.99/month or £59.99/year

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for services is made by credit card through a secure payment platform.
The User expressly authorises the Application to debit their account for the subscription amount according to the chosen frequency at the beginning of each subscription period.
In case of non-payment, access to paid services will be suspended until the situation is resolved, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Promotional offers are subject to their terms and conditions. After the promotional period, standard subscription fees will apply unless you cancel as described above.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the User has a period of 14 days from the subscription date to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason or incurring penalties.
However, under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised once the service has been fully executed or if the User expressly waives this right by accepting the immediate execution of the service when subscribing.
SUBSCRIPTION DURATION AND TERMINATION
Subscriptions are entered into for the duration chosen by the User.
The User can terminate their subscription at any time via their account settings. Termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
In case of termination by the Application due to non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions, no refund will be given.
LIABILITY
The Application strives to provide quality advice but does not guarantee that the hair care routines proposed will suit all users.
The User remains solely responsible for the use of the advice provided, which is offered solely for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice.
The User is encouraged to perform a tolerance test by applying a small amount of the products to a skin area before broader use to check for allergic or adverse reactions.
The information provided on the application is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The advice provided does not replace professional healthcare advice, particularly in cases of allergies or specific health conditions.
The ORUN application may contain hyperlinks to websites or external platforms, where products or services made and/or provided by third parties are recommended. We strive to select quality partners and products; however, we disclaim all responsibility regarding these third-party products and services, including concerning:
- Product Quality: We cannot guarantee the quality, conformity, or composition of products made and sold by third-party suppliers.
- Accuracy of Information Provided: Information on these third-party products or services (prices, descriptions, ingredients, etc.) is provided by suppliers or on their websites, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or be held liable for any errors or omissions.
- Transactions with Third Parties: Any transaction made with a third-party supplier via a link from the application is exclusively part of the contractual relationship between the User and that third party. We do not intervene in this relationship and cannot be held liable for disputes, delivery delays, defective products, or any other issues related to the sale of these products or services.
- Complaints Related to Third-Party Products: Any complaint regarding products or services acquired via a third-party link should be addressed directly to the relevant supplier or seller, in accordance with their own terms and conditions of sale and return or warranty policies.
By accessing links to third-party products, the User acknowledges that these suppliers are solely responsible for the products and services they provide.
USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to use the application’s services in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and applicable laws. It is their responsibility to check the composition of the suggested ingredients and their compatibility with personal needs, including any allergies or intolerances.
The User agrees not to post or transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content and not to interfere or disrupt the operation of ORUN or use it for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
DATA PROTECTION
We collect and process the User’s personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect, for the sole purposes pursued by the application, information including Name, Address, Age, Email, Ethnic Origin, and Hair Information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the application, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and remains our exclusive property or that of our partners.
You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ORUN for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on the application.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. However, for users residing in the United Kingdom, mandatory provisions of British consumer law may also apply.
In the event of a dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the French courts, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
